It was the story of a lifetime
Harsha Devnath longs to report on important stories. His newspaper Southern Echo has him interviewing B-list celebrities but he wants the big stuff. So when he sees a major hotel chain violently discriminating against a transgender employee in the heart of Chennai, he knows he has to follow it up.
But when a strong advocate for transgender rights within the heart of government is found brutally murdered. Harsha suddenly finds himself trying to land the biggest scoop in Southern Echo's short existence. As his reporting draws him into encounters with a quasi-religious cult, a corporate hitman and tempestuous sex workers – not to mention an unpredictable Indian police force – he soon realises that it may not just be his story at stake, but his very life.
